How do I change my password?
Go to “My Account” and select “Change Password.” Enter your old password, create new password, and confirm new password.
What if I forget my username or password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the steps to recover your account. If issues continue, contact lenoxtowersinc@gmail.com for help.
What if my account becomes locked?
Accounts may lock temporarily after several failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact lenoxtowersinc@gmail.com to reset your access.
I’m having trouble accessing the system. What can I do?
Check your internet connection and make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser. If you still have trouble, please contact lenoxtowersinc@gmail.com for technical support.
Is access to the system and the information transmitted secure?
Yes. The resident portal uses secure, encrypted connections (SSL) to protect all information transmitted between your browser and the server. Your personal data is never shared outside of official condominium operations.
How do I change my email address?
Go to My Account → Edit Account → Email Address → Update. Enter your new email and confirm it by following the link sent to your inbox.
